We want you to have a happy experience using the apodea-onlince.co.uk website.  If you are not satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on goods which are found to have genuine manufacturing faults and are returned to us following our returns authorization instructions.

• Your request for returns authorization must be made within seven days of your receipt of goods.
• The right to return goods does not apply unless the goods are in their original, unopened, unused and perfect condition with all ticketing attached or unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault otherwise items will not be refundable.
• Please be aware that there are some items which by their nature may be excluded from cancellation or return authorization these include but are not limited to opened perfume and toiletry products.
• Signs of use or opening will be determined by us.
  

You can email regarding returns authorization mail@apodea-online.co.uk.  Authorized returns should be returned by registered postal service to the address instructed by us as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
